In this hands-on charcuterie workshop, our guest Sommelier Amanda Marsh O'Rourke of AM Solutions will guide you in pairing unique wines with the cheeses in your creations. With her advanced credentials from the Court of Master Sommeliers and Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Amanda will give ideas of how you can make wine pairing simple and enjoyable at home.
