About the event

Learn the Art of Sourdough & Charcuterie in one beautifully curated, hands-on experience.

Begin your journey with our guest sourdough baker as she guides you through the complete sourdough process — from nurturing your starter to baking with confidence. You’ll learn how to properly feed, maintain, store, and prepare your starter for consistent results. She will demonstrate essential techniques, including stretch and folds, shaping, and scoring (no oven required during class).

You’ll then shape your own pre-fermented dough, nestle it into a lined banneton, and take it home ready to bake in your own oven. Each guest will also receive a bench scraper, a jar of active starter, and a simple, foolproof recipe to continue the tradition at home.

Then, transition into the signature experience of Graze Warwick as we create a stunning charcuterie board centered around sourdough. You’ll explore tastings and thoughtful pairings designed to complement the rich texture and flavor…
