By purchasing a ticket to or participating in the “Sip for a Cause” fundraiser, the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Sip for a Cause fundraiser involves the consumption of food and alcoholic beverages and that may carry inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage.

The Participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to participation in this event.

2. Waiver and Release of Liability

In consideration for being permitted to attend and participate in this event, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges the following parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) that may be sustained while participating in or arising out of this event:

• Graze Warwick by The Perfect Pairings, Warwick, NY

• The Peach Grove House, Warwick NY

• Their respective owners, employees, volunteers, affiliates, agents, and representatives

This waiver and release applies to any and all liability arising from negligence or otherwise.

3. Health & Alcohol Consumption

The Participant affirms they are of legal drinking age (21 years or older) and will consume alcohol responsibly. The event organizers and hosts reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who is visibly intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.

Participants are responsible for arranging safe transportation and should not drive under the influence of alcohol.

4. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the event, the Participant grants permission for photographs and/or video footage to be taken and used by the event organizers and beneficiaries for promotional, fundraising, or marketing purposes, without compensation or further consent.

5. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Graze Warwick by The Perfect Pairings, The Peach Grove House, and all associated personnel from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to participation in the event.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By attending this event, the Participant confirms that they have read this waiver and fully understand its terms. The Participant understands they are giving up substantial rights by agreeing to this release and do so voluntarily.
