A Wine & Charcuterie Atelier

During this intimate workshop, guests will design a beautifully styled Italian-inspired charcuterie board featuring three artisan cheeses sourced from Murray's Cheese, thoughtfully selected to capture the depth and diversity of Italy.

These cheeses will be complemented by premium charcuterie, olives, seasonal fruit, honey, and rustic accompaniments — all styled with guided instruction to evoke the beauty of an Italian aperitivo table.

As you build your board, our guest wine expert will lead a curated tasting of Italian wines thoughtfully paired to highlight the character of each cheese. You’ll explore tasting notes, regional expressions, and pairing principles — learning how acidity, tannin, and texture interact with each bite.
